Full payment must be submitted through emailed invoice when pet care is booked to reserve your time slot. All pet care bookings must go through the office. or be booked through the client portal online.
Eight or more days notice of cancelation: Full refund or full credit
Four to seven days notice of cancellation:
50% refund or 50% credit
Three or fewer days notice of cancellation:
No refund. No credit.
No amount of money or credit will be returned to client for early returns home or late departures from home after reservations have been agreed and payment has been made.
Dog walking and drop-in care appointments that are cancelled by 8pm the night before the scheduled visit will receive a full refund or full credit. If the client cancels after 8pm the night before scheduled appointment or on the day of service client will be charged full amount of the dog walking and/or drop-in visit.
