Cancellation Policy

Payments

To prevent overbooking and ensure the dedicated care for each pet, we kindly ask clients to pre-pay for services upon booking. This helps us maintain an organized schedule and provide the best possible care. We are pleased to offer multiple payment options for your convenience.

Vacation care early return home and late departures

To ensure efficient scheduling and to provide the best service possible, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations of pet care visits. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of payment or credit.

Dog walking and drop-in care cancellations

Dog walking and drop-in care appointments that are cancelled by 8pm the night before the scheduled visit will receive a full refund or full credit. If the client cancels after 8pm the night before scheduled appointment or on the day of service client will be charged full amount of the dog walking and/or drop-in visit.
